For all the brave souls having survived Dry January, here's a great way to celebrate. Try out this spicy Bloody Mary with our refreshing Celery Crave hot sauce. Truly a game changer!

Ingredients

Ice cubes

150ml tomato juice

½ tsp horseradish

1 shot (30ml) vodka (optional for a virgin version, omit the vodka)

3 tsp Celery Crave Salsa

1 celery stalk, for stirring and garnish

Pickled onions and olives, for garnish
Preparation

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Add the horseradish.

Pour the tomato juice into the glass, followed by the shot of vodka.

Add 3 teaspoons of Celery Crave Salsa, stirring gently to combine.

Place a celery stalk in the glass for stirring and garnish.

Thread pickled onions and olives onto a cocktail skewer and place it across the rim of the glass.

Serve immediately with a napkin and enjoy!
Tips
Adjust the level of spice by adding more or less Celery Crave Salsa.
For an extra kick, rim the glass with a mixture of salt, pepper, and smoked paprika before adding the ingredients.
