We made our own version of the trendy strawberry salsa dip! Fruity, smoky and smooth with a yoghurt cream cheese base and our signature Bold Beetroot hot sauce. This is a perfect way to funk up your dinner parties and surprise your guests with a delicious dip!

Serves 2-4 servings
Ingredients
For the Strawberry Salsa:
● 300 - 400g fresh strawberries,
diced small
● 1⁄4 small red onion, finely chopped
● Juice of 1⁄2 lime
● Zest of 1 lime
● Small handful of fresh mint, finely
chopped
● Salt, to taste
For the Whipped Cheese:
● 200g cream cheese
● 100g Greek yogurt
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● Cracked black pepper
For the Bold Beetroot Balsamic
Dressing:
● 2-3 tbsp Bold Beetroot salsa
● 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 1⁄2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to
balance)
● Pinch of salt
To Serve:
● Tortilla chips
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine strawberries, red onion, lime juice + zest, and mint. Add a pinch of salt and mix gently. Let sit for 5–10 min to marinate.
2. Whisk the cream cheese, yogurt, and olive oil until creamy and smooth. Add pepper to
taste.
3. Whisk together Bold Beetroot salsa, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust.
4. Spread whipped cream cheese onto a serving plate or shallow bowl. Spoon the
strawberry salsa over the top. Drizzle generously with the beetroot balsamic dressing.
Serve with tortilla chips.
