This is an incredibly vibrant version of the classic chimichurri sauce, perfectly paired with lamb chops and a show-stopper at your next summer BBQ! Smooth, herbaceous and a refreshing kick with our Celery Crave hot sauce.

Serves 2-4 servings
Ingredients
● 1⁄2 red onion, finely sliced
● 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
● 1⁄4 cup fresh mint, chopped
● 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
● 2–3 tbsp red wine vinegar
● 1⁄2 cup olive oil
● 3 tbsp Celery Crave salsa
● Salt & black pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.
2. Finely chop the parsley, mint, and oregano.
3. In a bowl, combine the herbs and red onion. Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, and
Celery Crave salsa. Stir until well mixed.
4. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes so the flavors can come together.
5. Serve over grilled lamb cutlets, red meat, or use as a dressing or dipping sauce.
